Bluetooth earphone Iriver itw-d500 Review

At some point, there are a lot of cordless earphones that connect wirelessly even if you're walking on the subway, bus, or street. Currently, Iriver is rolling out products such as hi-fi audio and DAC for high-end audio enthusiasts. Gemstone ITW-D500 is such a pseudo-biblutus phone. The front of the package's appearance is equipped with an original sticker that certifies that IRIVER is genuine, along with the product image.

When the package is released, you will see that the iRiver GEMSTONE ITW-D500 is included, and the components consist of a micro 5-pin cable for charging, a simple user manual, a large, medium and small size eartip, case and earphone body. The middle-sized ear tips are basically mounted on earphones, so they may be considered.

Bluetooth earphones have a case for charging because only the unit itself is worn to the ear. The case is designed in a common capsule form. The colors change according to black and white. It is easy to use the case because it is small enough to fit in one hand and is matte. It is open to the top and has a micro 5-pin charging terminal at the rear and an LED that can check the state of charge.

The ITW D500 Gemstone is fully charged and can be used for about 4 1/2 hours for a single charge with a battery of 1 hour and 45mAh capacity. If a 580 mAh battery is used, charging the case for up to 22 hours, or four to five times. Even if earphones are separated from the case for a while, they don't have to worry too much, but they can be used comfortably as they have 180 hours of waiting time for a buffer. 

In fact, I could easily use it for one to two days as I took it with me while I was actually using it, and I basically used it for one to two hours once I took it out, so there was nothing I lacked while listening. Of course, if you listen to music for a long time at a time, you may feel sad, but basically, if you listen to music for more than four hours, your ears will get tired, so you should take a rest and use it.

Unlike the case, the unit of the caustic non-blutus phone IEMSTONE ITW-D500 is matte. Touch-type operation is possible, and the unit itself is slightly larger in size, with a typical wired over-wire type earphone, but it is quite light and can be worn without pressure. Because the unit is glazed, it feels luxurious, and each unit has a built-in microphone, enabling clear call quality and independent use. Because it is a touch control method, it is not a button method, it can be used to play/pause music, answer/view a phone, transfer/release a song, Bixby or Siri, and Google Assistant's voice recognition function.

The unit is basically equipped with film, which must be removed for normal use. Even if you try to charge it, it will not be charged until you remove the film. If you put it on your ear, it'll look foreign, but for proper use, take the film off the contacts. Unit is able to use nano-waterproof technology that can protect products from sweating without worrying about working out.

The unit weighs 5.5 grams, which looks a little larger than normal, but is much lighter. The Galaxy Buzz and AirPod, which are rated as light-weight, are very light compared to 5.6 grams, but the wearable is ergonomic and fits in with the ear, making them comfortable. 

The wearable device is stable as it fits into the ear, and since its operation is also touch-type, it can be controlled without any pressure even when worn. In general, physical button control requires relatively high pressure to prevent malfunctions, which can also put pressure on the ear and cause ear pain. Therefore, I personally liked the touch of the Iriver ITW-D500.

In addition, it can be used with friends or lovers because it supports single mode that can be used individually by one unit. In addition, Bluetooth products can be used easily and accurately even if one is not familiar with the operation or is not used to using them for the first time through the localized voice guidance function.

The sound quality of Iriver Gemstone, which uses an 8mm dynamic unit, is just fine. The low-pitched band is emphasized, so it doesn't sound like a band-shaped band, and it sounds evenly throughout. The low-pitched band doesn't have a lot of sense, but it's simple because it's appropriate, and there's no pressure to hit. However, since there is a phenomenon where vocals are slightly behind in the low-pitched band, it may be a bit disappointing if you want your vocal to listen to clear music. The middle and high-pitched band is clean, and its resolution is not bad. However, the high-pitched band is not particularly strong, but it seems to be a flat overall. Therefore, it would not be bad to listen to EQ settings rather than just listening to them.

If you're looking for a caustic non-blutus phone that can be used in a light and neat design, I'd like to recommend Iriver Gemstone ITW-D500. Basically, sound quality is good, and because it's convenient to use with easy usage and localized voice guidance, I think it's a good choice for those who are entering Bluetooth products for the first time. As Samsung Electronics has removed earphone terminals for the first time in Galaxy Note 10 for the first time, it is recommended that Samsung Electronics is considering wireless earphones with good price range.
